Conditions for the query

Authorisation is in particular given in one of the following cases:

1. You are the vehicle owner

You are the current registered owner of the vehicle in question.

2. Consent of the vehicle owner

You hold an effective consent from the vehicle owner authorising you to retrieve technical vehicle data - including State of Health and other diagnostic information.

3. Legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

You act on the basis of a legitimate interest, in particular in the context of:

vehicle purchase or appraisal,
workshop or service operations,
leasing returns,
warranty or guarantee checks,
remarketing processes,
contract preparation or performance with the customer.

Confirmation and responsibility

By ticking the checkbox in the input form you declare that one of these conditions is met. autoDATAexperts GmbH is released from any responsibility for establishing this authorisation - responsibility for a lawful query lies solely with the user making it.

Data processing

autoDATAexperts processes the queried data exclusively to provide the requested report and booked services. Data processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and the applicable OEM licence terms.
